This annual award is given by Boomerang Hotels to the one property which has excelled in all operational areas to present a high quality product that result in maximum guest satisfaction. The hotel, under the direction of Chadd Scott, General Manager, also received awards for “Excellence in Quality Assurance” and “Outstanding Breakfast Presentation”.
