Chadd and his staff are phenomenal with the details and level of customer service. Chadd makes you feel as though you are visiting his home. One of the members from our group arrived a bit late to the airport the evening before the meeting and called for a shuttle service – Chadd went to pick him up! Settle Inn & Suites knows what top notch customer service is and excels in every aspect!"

- "Congrats on your first year. In your first year I have stayed four times. Every time it has been a true pleasure. I come to the area to shop and dine. Before the first time I called the chamber and asked if there was any new lodging…she suggested your hotel. You were open just a matter of days. The experience even though you were brand new was wonderful. I feel it truly was a great find. I have suggested your place to many friends and they are all in agreement, you have a lovely facility and a great staff. I will be making arrangements soon for an early November stay. I look forward to another stay. In my past I spend an average of twenty weeks a year traveling for work. I have stayed in all the major cities in very nice hotels. You have the "big city" feel in the rooms with the small town charm (meaning: making one feel very welcome and well cared for)."

- "I want to thank you for the delightful stay at your facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. I had not heard of the Settle Inn hotels until this past week. I had a two day project at a local company and you were recommended to me by Angie, their Information Technology Manager."
- "When I heard the name 'Settle Inn' and not being rated as high as some of the places I've stayed at in the last 10 years, I was a little skeptical. I first thought Angie's relatives owned the hotel and she was pushing business in their direction."

Although it can be a little confusing to get to you hotel the first time, I may say I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby. The service at check-in was pleasant and very helpful. When I walked into my room (110), I thought the young lady at the counter had made a mistake and given me an upgrade. The room was so spacious and extremely clean. I called my wife and mostly talked to her about your hotel. My sleep that night was one of the best I have had in a hotel in 6 or 7 years. When I got home the next day, my wife said I must have stayed at some great place, because I usually only tell her the name and phone number of the places at which I am staying."

- "Our stay was great. We had never heard of Settle Inn & Suites, so we were unsure as to what to expect."
- "The service prior to our stay in making the reservations was great, I had to change a few things a few different times and the person in reservations was always very helpful and efficient. We were greeted and treated in a very professional kind manner as we arrived as well as throughout our stay. Specifically, the woman who helped us at the front desk, she was very professional and accommodating. Even when she couldn't give us what we wanted (early check-in, late check-out), she maintained a positive, composed and professional demeanor. It was evident that there was a lot going on at the Settle Inn that weekend and she handled it like a rock star :) In addition, she was friendly and social with us as we waited for friends in the lobby to go out for dinner. Overall, our lodging experience was very comfortable and satisfying."
